The developer New Africa Developments opted for the Stab-A-Load goods hoists and scissor lifts for their anchor tenants Shoprite, Game and Spar.
The selection was based on local manufacture backed by reliability and after sales service due to the installation being in the rural areas of Mpumalanga.
They required a robust unit that can withstand high traffic volumes with minimal maintenance costs and high reliability.
The locally manufactured hydraulic lifts also did not stretch their budgets and short delivery times were well received.
