Richard Wilcox Sectional Doors for farming conglomerate

Farming conglomerates don’t only provide South Africans with healthy and affordable food every day of the year, but export high-value produce all over the world. Harvests are conveyed from the farm site to the Packhouse; the Packhouse is a building where fruits are packed prior to transportation or distribution to the shops, these fruits need post-harvest protection; fruits exposed to unfavorable conditions can lead to rapid deterioration in quality. Door entrances need to seal to keep the temperature consistent and also be large enough to facilitate the use of a forklift.

STAB A LOAD was approached by a successful farming conglomerate who recently built a brand new Packhouse, because we were very successful with the last installation and because our service levels are outstanding we were given the opportunity to install another one of our Richard Wilcox Sectional Door, Thermatite range, our Thermatite door systems are built stronger with Neufoam TM Technology, the door has higher strength to weight ratio and also offers a better Thermal barrier. The sections in the door feature thermal breaks and two continuous replaceable seals to minimize airflow.
